30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@harriet-london.com to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping (Customer Pays)

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any carrier fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your postage receipt.
Return Address
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Prepaid Labels
We don't offer prepaid labels'
Exception: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid label at no cost.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@harriet-london.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

If you’re unsure about your item, please contact us before purchasing or returning.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (once approved) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Note: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping under this policy as well.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
